International Students Application Form 2010 / 2011

Dear Student,

You have been selected by your home University to participate in the exchange program with Sup de Co Montpellier.
Thank you for choosing us, we hope that the time you will spend with us will be full of fruitful experiences.

To register as an International Student, it is necessary to fill the online Application form.

All information on this Application form is confidential, and will be used only for office purposes.

The form is composed of 7 simple screens and will take you around 5 minutes to complete.
You will need a valid email address, and an identification picture as an image file (jpeg, png or gif).
You will receive a confirmation email containing a link to a PDF file, that you will need to print.

Please fill out this form carefully. You can always go back in the form screens, but be aware that you have to fill out all the screens to submit the form.
