In 1995 he obtained a PhD in Human Sciences from the University of Paris X Nanterre, France. Prior to joining the school, he spent many years as a cardio engineer in heart surgery, taking positions in Switzerland and in CHU Rennes. He holds a Master in Clinical Psychology and Psychoanalyst degree and has worked as a psychologist, coach and consultant for companies, people and sportsmen. His current research interests are focused on management, human resources, entrepreneurship, learning with ICT, quality of life at work, social auditing, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development. He is member of several scientific committees and reviewer for the journal Gestion 2000. He is also founder and president of the Institut Psychanalyse et Management and member of the GSCM Research center (CEROM). |
