She obtained a Doctorate in Management Sciences in 2004 from the University of Lyon III, France. At present, she teaches Management and Organizational Behavior to undergraduate and MBA students. Her major topics of research are the study of employment relationships, and the analysis of management evaluation tools and practices in modern organizations. Member of the GSCM Research Center (CEROM), she published articles in peer-reviewed journals such as Gestion 2000 and presented communications in various conferences: EGOS, the French-Canadian HRM Association (AGRH). She focused her research projects on human resources topics, and on the connection between human resources and information systems. She studies the evolution of management tools and practices in modern organizations from the perspective knowledge management theories. |
