She has more than 20 years of consultancy and teaching experience. From September 1987 to August 1994, she has taught seminars on psycho sociology of organizations, communication and job-searching. In September 1994, she was named in charge of a new department of Personal and Professional Development, which she led until December 1999. During this period, she was doing consulting on annual performance reviews and conducted seminars on this topic for several companies. From 2000 to 2002, she worked at CIRAD (Centre for international cooperation on agronomic research for development) to put in place the new arrangement and reduction in staff working hours. Since September 2002, she is responsible for the apprenticeship program of GSCM and teaches Human Resources Management & Organisational Management. |
