AIMS OF THE DEGREE COURSE

Overall, the European Finance Management specialisation corresponds to a general programme on business finance. The programme covers the finance disciplines directly related to this subject, of course, but it also covers the Contract Financing disciplines, knowledge of which is essential for carrying out business well.

The phenomenon of globalisation, the turbulent movements that are more and more frequent in the business world and the increasingly narrow specialisation of the tools to be used mean that the players, while they must be able to take the step back needed to take the broader picture into account, must also possess a specialist knowledge and know-how in order to act with a maximum of rapidity and effectiveness.

 

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND SECTORS

Within the Finance Department of companies: cash management, project financing, financial control, credit management, etc.

In banks: asset-liability management, financial engineering, risk analysis

In audit companies and consultancy activities

In financial markets: front office, middle office, back office, analyst, etc.
