AIMS OF THE DEGREE COURSE

The goal of the business-based courses of the “Audit, Accounting, Finance” Master’s degree offered at ISEM is to provide students with effective preparation for entering the business world. There is a 100-hour upgrade between September 13 and October 15 2004 for students who do not hold an MSTCF (“Maîtrise de sciences et techniques comptables et financières”, French Master’s degree in finance and accounting). The professional course modules are taught between October 15 and December 17 2004. They form an intensive preparation for the various aspects of the audit profession and for the 4-month internship, scheduled for January to the end of April 2005. The 2nd sequence of teaching, focussing on finance and international business is scheduled to take place in May and June 2005.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND SECTORS

The teaching covers the professions of chartered accountant and statutory auditor and gives the specific skills required in order to become an auditor in a large international audit company.
