Flatsharing

This consists of sharing accommodation, in order to pay less. In that case the names of all the persons have to be indicated on the rental agreement.
One can benefit from financial help by being in a flatshare. Every lodger wishing to get help must personally fill in a file : 1 LODGER = 1 FILE, whatever the number for the same accommodation are.
For additional charges (electricity, phone, food…), it’s up to you how you can share them.

Be careful with SUBLETTING !
What is it ? It is accommodation for which you won’t have leases or other official documents accounting for your domiciliation. You won’t pay the landlord but a third party, who will have signed a lease.
Risks :
- No possibilities d’ALS ou APL (financial help for accommodation).
- In case of accidents, or problems, you won’t be insured.
- You can’t sort out any administration in advance (student insurances, opening of accounts…)
