Managerial innovation : it's very exciting ! Managerial innovation in the field of management : it's transforming via men and women, providing a service, and not a product as in technological innovation.
Managerial innovation represents the aptitude of the manager to see things in a different way, to create the desire to change things, to get his teams moving, to show that certain changes can bring energy and extraordinary results.
How can you learn to create managerial innovation?
In terms of manager dynamics, this requires a lot of communication. You have to look for the impetus, the motivating factors for the teams, for the acceleration of growth is not enough. The choice of the right profiles is particularly important; it is necessary to have people who make the task easier and succeed in creating desire.
In the place of brakes, you can substitute a positive process so that each employee becomes creative, even the young members sometimes disappointed to have made so many proposals without ever achieving a result. Everybody must consider the changes as theirs. Everybody must work together and with all social authorities.
How do you commit yourself to the feminine cause ?
At my level, I can consecrate some time to facilitating the accession of women to responsible management positions and offer advice in terms of coaching. Teach them to go beyond the barriers. Certain women say to themselves, I'm not going to apply for that job as there will necessarily be geographical mobility, which is not systematically true. My presence this evening marks my commitment to this cause, this event is an excellent occasion to honour the role of women in business.
