The DESS Finance (European Financial Management) is a national diploma of Bac+5 level, approved by the Ministry of Education. This DESS has been taught since 1982 by the Faculty of Management qt the University of Montpellier 1, in partnership with the Montpellier Sup de Co Group and with the help of teaching staff from the CFPB (Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire - Bank Training Centre).
Training aims and objectives
Response to changes in the labour market requirements:
- in company finance departments: cash management, project funding, financial control, credit management, etc.
- in banks: assets and liabilities management, financial engineering, risk analysis, etc.
- in audit agencies for their advice activities.
- on money markets: front office, middle office, back office, analyst.
The diploma provides:
