The Department of Organizational Management (MSO)

The Department of Organizational Management (MSO) has 45 professors and 5 research assistants. It is organized around two pillars: teaching and research. A strong link is maintained between these two essential dimensions to ensure that the teaching is at the forefront of knowledge in the field.

Diversity is fully integrated into the Department of Organizational Management, which can be seen in both the faculty and in the nature of the research being conducted in the department. Social responsibility and sustainable development reach their full potential among the department’s teacher-researchers who specialize in these domains.

The courses offered in the Department of Organizational Management encompass all of the Group’s programs: Bachelor’s, Master’s and MBA.

The disciplines of management (broadly defined), economics, strategy and entrepreneurship are all represented, without forgetting sustainable development, ethics and social responsibility.

Management innovation allows the teachers in the department to deliver cutting edge knowledge and keep up-to-date with the help of new teaching methods.

The research carried out within the department has been recognized by several awards:

awards of excellence at different conferences, award of excellence for the best paper of the year, numerous dissertation awards and publications in prestigious international journals, including Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, the International Small Business Journal, Small Business Economics, etc.

The department’s researchers actively participate in LabEx Entreprendre. A-rated by the LabEx international evaluation panel, this is the only “Laboratory of Excellence” dedicated to entrepreneurship in France that was selected in the call for “Future Investments” projects.

The Department of Organizational Management is also involved in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Chair. The aim of this chair is to extend the influence of research in “Entrepreneurship & Innovation.”ation’.
